Pros
TTG has been by far the best company I have worked at, in terms of its culture, flexibility, and remuneration. They trust their employees and have cultivated a culture based on integrity, mutual respect, creativity and freedom to work as you like.
Cons
Nothing that I can think of. Except for not having life/medical insurance and PF. However, they make up for this with their amazing and above-market remuneration, bonuses, and flexibility to work from home.
