Pros
- supporting community from the start - lots of recourses - training is practical and relevant and often - great colleagues - quality portfolio of corporate clients - colleagues help each other - lead position possible after 2-year program - new MacBook Pro - NS business card - most valuable to me: learning how to work for corporate (communicate, present, stakeholder management etc!)
Cons
small con: most of the clients are located in Amsterdam (but you work hybrid, so you can make it work)
