Pros
The people are for the most part amazing to work with. My manager is the best manager I’ve had at any place I’ve worked. There is a level of trust given here for people to do their work autonomously that is refreshing. Lots of innovation, it is encouraged. There are many people in Tecala who genuinely care about their work and doing what’s best for our customers.
Cons
- Lack of direction within the company at times. Some decisions being made by management are questionable and confusing. - Workload can be overwhelming, work long hours to try get everything done. - There are some people in management who shouldn’t be in management.
