Pros
The Techresources or Abacusoft are both same of single software factory. One thing they are very good at changing the name of factory. I said factory because they treat software engineers like a factory employee. Although they are working on software development but the environment is some what like dispensary of a hospital. There is no single Pros.
Cons
1) Salary not on time 2) They offer bonus on time of hiring but they never give you. 3) They can fire you any time 4) Project managers blame developers for everything 5) There are some people who are spies 6) Worst office environment even they do not have proper chairs to sit.
