Smart, motivated coworkers and for a hard working work environment, very fun and interesting. Best part of this fellowship, as someone who never worked professionally in the arena, is the trust you're given; you are thoroughly trained but soon after the training wheels are off and you are trusted to go ahead and start kicking butt. This whole idea of trust builds so much confidence, and that confidence is simply infectious, and makes for a very positive work environment. The team is remote, so I got to meet and become friends with cool people I’d never meet outside of the company. Great exposure for your work. People are impressed to hear that you've worked there.

The structure is flatter than I thought.
