Pros
I have been with this agency for a little over 12 years and in the past 3 years with the new CEO it is a completely different agency. Inclusive, employee centered, they really care about the team they work with and it truly is a team. They look for ideas internally and include everyone. Would 100% recommend working at any of the sites. It is rare that you find a company that has such an inclusive, down to earth, caring and truly genuine feel.
Cons
We do get short staffed, but it is a national problem, so we keep trying to do better in terms of recruitment.
