Pros

It provides an environment to develop your skills in multitasking as you would be dealing with various services at a same time. Handling customers, managing parcels and contacting back office at a same time for any update on the package.

Cons

Work can become little overwhelming in rush hours. You have to be focused else lead to delay in shipping the parcels.

Pros

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Cons

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
