Cons
-Amazon returns. 80% of the customers are Amazon return-ees and these are not fun or pleasant. Most people don’t read instructions on how to package their Amazon returns and get really mad at you, the associate, if you inform them they need to have a box, label printed etc -Customers just seriously get mad all the time here. I’m not sure why, maybe because they felt like coming to the UPS store was a chore in the first place anyway? Constant complaints about the high cost of shipping, boxes, minimum print fee, whatever, it could be anything but it’s a consistent daily thing -No PTO or benefits
