      Customers Different services that you learn to complete

      They do not care about their in-store employees. When an issue arises and you reach out to corporate they tell you it is a franchise and technically you don't work for UPS you work for the owner of the establishment who works for UPS. There is no accountability for store owners.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
