Not worth it - Retail Sales Associate The UPS Store Employee Review

Boss would often get drunk and come and yell at the entire staff incoherently. The boss and his wife (also assistant manager) would charge for the boxes that UPS said to give for free. They would often get audited and take out the stress on the staff and make racist comments to the black employees. I had to have surgery on my heart, 2 surgeries back to back, and the 2nd day after surgery my boss was calling me to ask when i would be coming back. I got sick with covid and the so called "benefits" were just aflac and aflac sent me a $4 check for the 7 days I missed of work.
