Good experience, lots learned on the job, supportive atmosphere, average wages - Registered Nurse The US Oncology Network Employee Review

Pros

As previously mentioned: supportive atmosphere, opportunities to learn on the job, decent benefits. They pay or reimburse for job related conventions.

Cons

Average wages and not much raise overtime. Nurses are salaried and whenever schedule is busy or overbooked (often enough) they have to stay and work for free to finish the work (mostly charting, restocking, cleaning, because patient care took up the entire shift). Yeah no one forces them to, but would you leave the unfinished work for tomorrow, when you're likely to be even busier?

Pros

Zero pros. Dead end jobs for managers with too many VP's that do very little.

Cons

Dead end jobs for managers with too many VP's that do very little. You have to play the McKesson game to move up and you only do that by messing up
