Pros
Good experience for career growth with advancement opportunities. Resources and job tools available to all employees. I have worked for US Oncology for 4 years and enjoy my work. Would be better if direction from upper management was clearer.
Cons
Pay is below average. Sometimes responsibilities are unclear or change often. Too many politics and wasted time in meetings.
