The Unity Council had a culture that was very supportive of everyone, and it felt like you were working with friends and family.
Management made themselves available to mentor and check on your progress
Overall, everyone was kind, friendly, and caring.
I can honestly say this job was the best place I have worked in all of my career.
Cons
The only con I can think of was that the pay was too low.
