This company turned into a kiddie day care from the top down 2022 onwards. Clueless, non experienced directors arguing amongst themselves, overspending, and getting nothing done productively which ran the company into the ground. Newly appointed presidents with financial interests, playing into the false sense of achievement to generate cash flow and then bale with no long term sense of ownership. New CEO has the worst reputation in food industry across BC for a number of reasons. I feel sorry for some of the experienced hard workers below the ''C Suite'' who were excited about this company but had to get out.

Good company culture, team culture, benefits

All the things we are doing is to clean up the mess from previous management. I feel bad for all the hard working individuals who still stay with the company during the difficult year.
