Horrible Place to Work - Anonymous employee The Very Idea! Employee Review

The place is very unsafe. The owner constantly belittles you and threatens to cut your pay or fire you. One guy was under threat of being fired and the boss made a deal with him to work a day for free or be fired (which is very illegal). He refuses to give breaks. You cannot clock in early or late so you have to clock in the second your shift starts. He will not order enough of the materials for you to complete the task, then gets mad and threatens to dock your pay because it isn't done on time. The boss throws tantrums constantly. I've heard from other employees that he broke a radio by smashing it on the ground because it was too loud.
