      Some decent people work at WNET.

      Cons

      Company ruined once Shapiro took over. The originality, integrity, and diversity is gone. I worked here back in the 90s when it was a great place to work - so much heart, innovation, and diversity. I worked here agian more recently and was shocked. The company is a mess. I left and won't go back.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Wonderful coworkers. Employees are very passionate about their work and helping their community.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from senior management. Senior managers are very self-serving and only care about themselves. Very poor staff engagement. They do not value their employees.
