Pros

The people at The Post are the best part about working there. I am always learning from my colleagues and taking on new cross-functional projects. No day is boring because the work is constantly moving and shifting.

Cons

It's a very fast-paced environment, which can make it hard to disconnect. However, leadership encourages unplugging and respects work-life boundaries.

The work we do together is exciting and fast-paced. Unplugging can be hard, but something we strongly encourage. We're glad leadership respects that and helps employees maintain good work/life harmony.

Pros

Supporting journalism is the one good thing.

Cons

The culture needs improvement, with a strict in-office policy that may not work well for everyone. There also seems to be ongoing challenges with employee retention, which can impact team morale, consistency, and long-term stability. The tech guild and unions made me feel really uncomfortable with coworkers protesting outside the office.
