No decent wage for labors who spent many years in the production department.Many Foreman are creating a hostile work environment.Most of them should retire First, because they do not have the proper managerial education skills.Second,they do not really ad any value anymore to our final product.A machine can be run by a competent experienced Mailer or even Utility Mailer. With out exaggeration most of them their value to the company now is obsolete.The company talks about minimizing the production cost.Can you imagine one machine is running by 5 to 4 foreman plus at least 5 crew members !!!
