Pros
Head chef is a great boss to work for and takes good care of his employees. Annual reviews with raises and room for advancement. Co-workers are all very friendly. They have a great system in place in the kitchen. As long as you follow the system then the job is a cake walk.
Cons
FOH managers tend to be very cliquey and if they don't like you they'll try to make your life hard but if you're part of the kitchen staff the chefs will always have your back.
