Pros
No supervision or micromanagement. You basically work on your own so you do not have to worry about having a manager on your back all the time.
Cons
Compensation is very low especially in comparison with other companies & the load of work that you do. Work guidelines & procedures are not clear. No training available. Not mentoring or upper managment support. Benefits are not good. No place for growth or promotion. I have been here for over 2 years & have not had a face to face staff evaluation or a raise. This is probably a good beginner company but if you are looking to growth, learn & make this a profession this is not the place for you.
