      Pros

      The new CEO is great, really takes the time to get to know all employees but there's only so much that a CEO can handle. .....

      Cons

      There needs to be a change in the management layer, they should be more friendly instead of acting intimidating as it creates a bad image on the company. I don't even know where to begin for the HR managers, I never came across one HR manager that was sincere and actually cared about employees.
