You'll get exposure to a lot of different parts of the business and work with teams across Buying, Planning, Stores, E-commerce, Logistics, Accounting, and Technology.Great exposure to luxury brands and the behind-the-scenes work that goes into bringing product to market. If you're proactive and willing to figure things out, there's a lot of room to learn. The people on the teams are generally hardworking and supportive of one another.

Compensation often does not keep pace with increasing responsibilities, particularly for employees who take on work beyond their original scope. Limited opportunities for meaningful salary growth compared to market rates. Teams are often stretched thin, which can make it difficult to keep up with priorities and long-term projects.
