      Pros

      The wheatbaker hotel is one of the best 10 hotel in Lagos and they are doing well, if we are to talk of best management system wheatbaker is one of them, they always put the staff as priority and also the staff works as a team to make sure all the guest are satisfied with their experience at the wheatbaker.

      Cons

      They should keep on motivating the staff, because the workers of a company is the strength of an organization.
