Pros

Good team, felt like you could make a diffrence to the product. Good pay.

Cons

The office is small so management have teams alternate being in and out, this combined with the 2 floor layout means you don't have any oppertunity to naturally interact with the employees in the other teams. It also results in needing to work from home. Company has transphobic employees in more senior positons, I am interted to hear how they resolve it because I do hope it is just a case that since it is a heavily cis-male dominated industry that no one has reported it before. Company states it is focused on providing help for those suffering from problems but as is all too common it comes across that they have put a series of support system in place but do not have enough flexibility to assist those outside that it can assist, this then leads them to belive they have done enough when they haven't, they are also not that good in helping nuerodivergent people.

Pros

Supportive colleagues, familial feel, flexible working setups, and a breath of fresh air for day to day pressures.

Cons

Can be slow to act (not always a bad thing), can revolve around Bristol head office, can suffer from its size when looking for growth and development opportunities.
