Pros

Extremely flexible schedule. Since the place had a lot of high schoolers as well as college students, management knew not everyone will be available at all time. So you're able to put your availability at almost any time and will most likely be able to get a decent schedule. And even on days you're unable to make it to work, there's a discord system that allows you to post your shift and someone else will pick it up. And most of the time, somebody will pick it up even if it's on the day of. Manager is really easy-going, kind, and friendly.

Cons

You won't be scheduled a lot unless full-time. But you can still pick up other people's shift. There is a mandatory "inservice" once a month on the last Saturday of the month that will take a couple hours. You will be seated along with everyone in the aquatic department to over reports of the last month, as well as get in the pool to complete trainings. It is mandatory and you must attend.

Inconsistency, favoritism, constant change no one can keep up with, no empathy, no respect, no communication, toxic work environment, enabling the behavior of others while requiring regular trainings on work place harassment and actions that don’t match the company mission of healthy mind body and spirit.
