Pros

There are a few good co-worker you can trust. Otherwise, just don't stay.

Cons

Managers are disrespectful. The whole organization is disorganized and force it staffs to enter a donation contract. And managers also fall asleep, so the Leader will be a dick to other leaders. Many of the co-workers are people who thinks they're better than you and cruel to the Elementary school kids by yelling and pulling their arms. Some co-workers will put a knife on your back to say gossips and causing trouble at work-site.
