Pros
The OG people who work at Zappos are the nicest people you'll ever meet.
Cons
Sadly there are not many that are left with Amazon's heavy involvement in hiring, work projects, processes etc. It's just a shell of a company now and it's no fun, highly stressful working environment and Amazon does not give two cents about how employee morale is.
