Pros

There are good people working there trying their best, but the company culture and operational structure made it difficult to succeed long term.

Cons

Working at ThePackengers was unfortunately one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had in logistics and operations. Communication with the New York location was often disorganized, expectations changed constantly, and there seemed to be very little support for employees trying to do the job correctly. Management decisions created unnecessary stress, and overall morale felt extremely low.

Pros

A lot of hours because there is no set schedule

Cons

Management doesn’t pay vendors on time therefore there are rarely any materials in warehouse. The ceo decided on getting cheap labor so we have half the guys that can’t speak English which puts a strain on you in the field if you do speak it as you are doing the job if two men. Unprofessional environment where you don’t get paid on time and are given the run around by “accounting.” The previous account got fired because he stole 50k from employees paychecks over the course of many months.

Pros

There are a couple of people who know what they're doing in the warehouse. Their services are dirt cheap.

Cons

Management gives employees next to zero support. Most of the "Art handlers" lack proper training. Company doesn't pay their vendors or freelance workers in a timely manner. Claims to pay half of employee healthcare benefits and then doesn't. Multiple safety violations.
