Bad salary
The very few bad people influence the higher ups the negative way, higher ups make not logical decisions just based on the comments of those people. Most changes are ad hoc without review or planning. Company never asks the employees for their opinions or views causing frustration all the time. Company makes you feel unwanted and not appreciated even after working for them for years. Worst company I have ever worked for in my life, never thought I would experience more frustration than when I worked for the big four but I did.. here.
