      - Clear track for raises - Given ownership on projects quickly - Small teams - Work directly with clients - Get to switch projects every 3-9 months - Modern tech stack - Interesting problems to solve - Strong mentoring program

      Cons

      - Laid off more than half of software engineers back in April 2023 (including all women and POC, but no straight white men) - Because of layoffs, most teams are at least partly in the UK or France (5-6 hour time difference)

      Pros

      Lots of innovation, very interesting projects, ability to rapidly progress, management trusts you to take ownership of what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with the fact that you will wear different hats and confident to take ownership of tasks outside of your comfort zone
