I can’t think of any cons. Best agency I’ve worked for.

The supervision was pretty great even if they couldnt provide hours that counted towards my degree

No benefits of course because its a contract job The benefits they did offer if I wanted to go full time were awful, deductible was way too high. No coverage for the days the parents cancel for whatever reason.
