As a new hire, I've been genuinely impressed with the smooth and welcoming onboarding process. The training is well structured and expectations are clear. Everyone from leadership to colleagues have been supportive and willing to help. It's a mission driven organization with people who truly care about the work and each other. I am excited to grow and feel confident I joined a great team.

Systems and processes are still evolving. It takes time to learn where everything is located.

Highly political unrealistic expectations in this work environment starting the very first weeks. Under-resourced timelines are expected to be met or else. Company is using old technology, has many technical issues, and doesn't have the proper expertise or process in place to upgrade. Hires talent but does not trust their advice electing politics over expertise.
