Pros

The people on the front lines genuinely care and work hard. I learned a great deal in this role and appreciated the opportunity to train new employees and support multiple offices. There are some leaders within the company who truly value their employees.

Cons

This was one of the most stressful work environments I've experienced. Communication between departments and leadership was frequently inconsistent, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. Employees were often expected to solve problems without the authority or support needed to do so. Turnover has been consistently high, and after working here, it's easy to understand why. Hard work and strong performance do not necessarily translate into job security, recognition, or advancement. Despite taking on additional responsibilities, training others, and helping my office exceed company goals, there was no clear path for growth. If you're looking for a stable workplace with clear expectations, consistent leadership, and opportunities to develop your career, this may not be the right fit.

Pros

Great benefits including company paid health insurance. Reasonable rate of pay but you have to fight for it. (I have fewer stars for compensation & benefits because they will definitely underpay you if they can get away with it.) Work / life balance is pretty good for office and sales personnel, not so much for mechanics and technicians in the field.

Cons

Leadership is disingenuous overall. (Hence the low star rating for culture & values.) They use EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). If they would use it as it is presented to employees it would be wonderful, but they don't. They use it to manipulate employees. Leadership claims they want employees to have a team mindset, but in the next breath try to coerce them into spying on coworkers. This does not engender a team atmosphere. They don't weed out problem employees, they enable them, especially if they are willing to spy for them. They lost much of their top salesmen because they undervalued them and changed commission structure constantly. Diversity / inclusion was problematic to say the least.
