      Private-equity owned, and it shows At times, ability to make payroll was in question. Very poor finances Below-market pay in factory and office High rate of turnover American company micromanaged from German HQ Vacation is offered but highly discouraged

      german ownership regularly degrades US staff, do not expect any career growth if you are a US employee. regularly abandons promises to customers and lets individual contributors deal with the fall out. 100%+ salaried staff turn over over the past 3 years. hourly staff more than 200% turn over
