Slightly poor structure but that could be expected in the growth phase For me it was the old school office politics mindset, who’s first in and last out, having to let your team know when you’ve missed the train, and having to ask permission to go to the doctors. It didn’t work for me but for others I’m sure it’s fine. It’s a shame because of the rest of the company mostly worked remotely
