A lot of young bloods, more relaxed working atmosphere. Seniors are nice and willing to teach juniors. Attractive pantry and relaxing office design and environment. Hybrid working mode, sometimes work from home according to departments. Good benefits.
Cons
Supervisors with older ages are stricter and will sometimes force you to follow their old ways instead of new innovative ways, although you can argue that your new ideas can better overcome the problems when using the old ways.
