Most of the people actually doing the work, making the company money, are decent, easy to get along with
Cons
Right now pay is decent, but change is coming. Anyone thinking about applying should probably wait until April, that is when restructuring is supposed to be done. Work/family/life balance is bad, many days 12+ hours Many people working now are looking to get out, so the more people leave, the longer the days will get for everybody left.
