There are no pros in the company This Company is all abt 6 People 4 TL & 2 Boss they all are Money minded they dont treat there employees as employee they treat as a slave

Cons

TL use abusive language and talk abt personal life while arguing TL doesnt have any educational degree If they change their job no one can consider them as TL they dont know anything abt there job . No work ethics in the company. Dont feel like rating them . I dont recommend this Company to any one.

No support from HR for payroll stuff. Peanut of a salary for freshers.

Cons

Harsh team leads and Manager. Always pressuring for selects and targets, No flex in work life balance. Need to sit late hours. no offs even on Saturday's. Communication is foul and demotivating. if asked for help then also get scolded. No increment , No growth , only big talks before you join the organization. Please do not waste your time here
