Pros

There are no pros to discuss whatsoever.

Cons

There are several cons. The co-founders of this startup misled me into thinking I had a job when in fact I didn't. They are classless and disgusting. I would NOT recommend anyone to apply nor associate with this startup. When I arrived to work 20 minutes early on my first and only day there, one of the co-founders complained about me being early to work. That was an automatic red flag from the beginning. They do not guide inexperienced developers and they knew that I had NO experience when they interviewed me for the Junior Web Developer position. Furthermore, they didn't tell me what the requirements for the position were, and they wasted my time as a result of me being there. Nothing got accomplished and they're 100% at fault. I had no one to teach nor guide me through the process. When I emailed them asking if they were going to pay me for my time there, one of the co-founders contacted me and ask me to stop by the office to "discuss the situation". When I got to the building, the co-founder got out of the elevator, pointed to the stairwell and I knew it was going to get ugly. So right away, the guy asks me why they should pay me. I arrived to work, spent 5 hours there and my time was basically wasted. If anything, I should be the one asking the questions. I berated him on being unprofessional, wasting my time, and being classless by taking me to a stairwell instead of an office to discuss the matter. I mean, who does that? It's despicable and NO one should do business with these people. I contacted my university about this and ThinkWorkMedia will NOT be allowed to attend my school's career fairs in the future because of what they did to me.
