Pros
We are literally changing how the world's largest consulting firms deliver. It's not Uber or Lyft, but we are disrupting business transformation here. Seriously. The culture and office space and location are a huge plus, and the company is centralizing every one except sales and services now in Denver, which was lacking previously (has been too distributed historically) and is a huge positive development. Saw some of the other reviews about the CEO / leadership. Sure the CEO is out there but do you really want to work for Jack Welch? Steve Balmer? Life's too short to conform and take the blue pill. Just saying.
Cons
The mission behind this thing isn't for everyone. If you like the status quo and fitting in and quietly circumnavigating the politics of the typical workplace. Look elsewhere. However, if you truly want to disrupt how business transformation happens and you think we all need a wake up call like Neo in The Matrix, then you will love this place. The Dare/Care culture is for the courageous and compassionate.
