Cons

New leadership recently placed at the top has been this company’s biggest downfall. What followed was uncontrollable levels of micromanagement, a constant distrust in any employee to perform their job correctly, and a complete lack of staffing resource support on projects often resulting in just 1 team member to run and produce an entire campaign. Everyone is burnt out, everyone is leaving, but leadership is too stubborn to ever admit their mistakes.

Pros

I came to Thinkingbox by way of a merger and my talents were immediately noticed. I was able to grow my career quickly and found a place that allowed me to take advantage of my strengths and build a stronger team. We have been able to grow our business with direct brands and it's been rewarding to do so. While growth comes with its own challenges and no company is perfect my time here has created a unique learning experience and a great opportunity for me to advance my career.

Cons

Connecting with teammates across offices can be tricky and the growth mentality can make it tricky to keep priorities straight.
