Pros
- I'm honestly unsure why there is a lot of hatred and negativity towards the CEO. Within every company, there is a CEO with a vision for success for his company. I'd expect every CEO to have passion, direction, and motivation. If you want a CEO that lacks all of those, then you should probably work elsewhere. Working directly with the CEO for the last three years, he has helped with my career development and has helped me be better overall. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. - Your colleagues become family. I'm close friends with a lot of employees that have moved on from Thinkingbox to new opportunities and I plan to remain friends with people who are still in the company. - The clients are incredible. You get to work with world-class brands. The projects are challenging but in the end, you create award-winning work. - Big on internal growth & promotion. The c-suite and management team truly care about developing your individual skills. A number of employees moved into senior roles within the company (ex. Producers, Talent Manager, Marketing Manager, Managing Partner).
Cons
- Not a lot of cons to be honest. Hours wise, I've only worked late a handful of times in my role, specifically to meet a deadline. It's also kind of dependent on your time management skills.
