Meh - QA Engineer Thinkopen Employee Review

Many people with high skill in a lot of technologies. If you cannot grow in here, you would not be able to grow anywhere else. I came as a java Dev and I learnt other languages, DevOps basics and a lot of networking stuff. I get out as a Solution Architect. They spent a lot of time in training, they give me the chance to fail and try again. Now we started a spin-off startup focusing on infrastructure management, a new exciting adventure to dive into!

The work area is open-space style, but sometimes it gets to much noisy...

It is just a body rental shop for their clients. Very low salaries and contracts not respected without payment of the due amount. The majority of the workforce and management come from the south of Italy due to the extreme level of low salaries or chance to secure any kind of job in economical depressed Italian southern regions (Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Puglia...) They heavily rely on promoting and marketing their brand via social networks and fake reviews but in terms of company zero culture and chance to grow. Strongly advise looking further if really securing a decent job is your end goal.
