Pros
-Pay is on time, the basic employee needs are always covered. -The HR ladies are very informative and respond super fast. They are very human, professional, approachable, and actually know how to have difficult conversations with maturity and professionalism. Professionalität und Taktgefühl in der Kommunikation bewiesen! -Some managers are trying to be inclusive and flexible. -Offices are nice and well equipped. -Fruits in the office, coffee, toilet paper, and office amenities. -Good office equipment: desks, ergonomic mice, good screens, nice chairs + space in the office. -Nice location for the Berlin and München offices.
Cons
- Very confusing and chaotic at times because words and actions are not aligned. - A lot of confusing directions, much talk, little action/execution. - Emotionally and mentally unbalanced because many initiatives are being started and few finalized. It happend very often that 2 or 3 different managers said conflicting things. At the end of the day over-using diplomacy not to hurt others feelings can leave a person drained. - No German language courses, but they require German in meetings sometimes. I had to invest money on my own and learn in a short period of time, which was very stressful. -The Deutschlandticket or other travel options were not covered.
