      - a present leadership; - a calm and collaborative environment; - remote first, but with the possibility of going to the office; - amazing people in the IT department;

      Cons

      - a very complicated business to understand, especially for foreigners. - salaries are a little below average, but there are possibilities for them to rise over time.
