      Thinkwell is a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and career growth. Great office environment, opportunities to be involved in a variety of projects, good work-live balance. Wonderfully committed people that are down to earth, supportive, and kind.

      Really flexible work-life balance and schedule, decent salary, decent opportunities for growth

      Sometimes toxic environment with other colleagues, still functions as a start up with lower capacity and systems still being developed
