Good learning experience but long hours and stress - Batista/Partner Third Wave Coffee Employee Review

Working at third wave is a pleasure. The whole staff is very friendly and I always had a great time working alongside my coworkers. They also take their coffee very seriously and I learned a lot while working there.

Sometimes we would get some difficult customers but that comes with working any customer service-focused job.

The coffee is some of the best in Lynchburg. The owner knows what he’s doing and has always been supportive of his employees. If anyone is looking to learn move about specialty coffee and work with devoted individuals who are passionate about the coffee industry, here is a great place to start!
