There have been many issues while working in the company which we agree usually these teething issues come but it was observed that in the management especially COO is getting very loud in office and stating I’m the COO again and again in front of whole office and making unusual scenes / targeting people.
COO barely works and most of the time is observed roaming with a group of people and smoking around. He works only when he feels like and start having meetings with all team and these meetings don’t have any conclusions. Even all the developers (managers / developers / testing / interns) are not at all working in the efficient manner, or we can say that the delivery team is not at all working which is directly reporting into Operations Head.
There have been also instances where when the management is not present, people of certain group go for drinking liquor in the office hours.
HR barely takes any issue with any of the employees, he sits / roams around with certain group of people. Employees don’t get any solution to the problems. False working hours used to be shown in timesheet. Salaries also use to come late and the major reason behind this is inefficiency in delivery of projects. An addition of a person between CEO and COO will surely make a big difference maybe a CTO.
