This used to be a great place to work, but everything took a nosedive after July 2022. Following a wave of low-budget hiring, the company has been spiraling into dysfunction. The delays in salary and bonus payments are absurd—bonuses can take up to a year to be credited, if you’re lucky enough to even get them. Increment cycles are skipped as if they’re optional, with management providing no transparency or reasoning behind it. Speaking of management, the leadership is deeply dishonest and disconnected from reality. Projects here aren’t based on real business needs but feel more like make-believe school assignments, driven by the whims of the owner (who, by the way, happens to be the owner of JBM). The CEO is technically incompetent and surrounded by equally clueless clerks masquerading as “project managers,” whose primary function is to act as middlemen, passing misguided opinions to the top about highly qualified engineers. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant. There’s a toxic inner circle that runs the place, complete with its own private WhatsApp groups. These bullies orchestrate systematic harassment campaigns against hardworking, honest employees who simply want to do their job. If you’re not a part of this clique, prepare yourself for exclusion and abuse. And a shocking portion of the staff? Direct relatives of this inner circle. If you value your mental health and self-respect, stay far away. The only thing this company will reward you with is stress and disappointment.
