Pros

The team is lovely and sociable, everyone is young and fun and ready for a good time.

Cons

Where to start.... The frase make the rich richer and the poor poorer comes to mind. Once you get into the inner circle of the family run business you are sorted... However the reason they have young staff is because they want to keep their over heads down and refuse to give pay rises. They cut the commission structure and now have impossible dangling carrots that are unachievable. They have cut the benefit of biweekly lunches but they still host massive parties and charity events for senior management to go to. If you are not into drugs then you can feel excluded as they do them mid week and in the office. There are constantly fishy firing/redundancies but they are very quick to replace with a new fresh face on lower pay.
